This year marks the fourth year that Liu Shu Yi has participated in WELL DUNK!.
He describes WELL DUNK! as a nurturing presence that has accompanied him throughout his growth. Initially, Shu Yi knew nothing about basketball and was unfamiliar with court tactics; he could only sit on the bench for every game. However, over time, he began to get opportunities to play in his second year, and now he has become a starter for the team. He candidly states that being a starter has provided him with opportunities to learn and compete, helping him better understand his strengths and weaknesses.

Chan Chun Hei
HOCKEY Inspires! 2024-2025
Chun Hei used to be impatient, lacked perseverance, and struggled with maintaining concentration. However, I have observed significant improvements since he started attending this sports training programme.
Over time, he has become more willing to explore and challenge himself, and he has come to realise that with perseverance, he can achieve his goals. Chun Hei now demonstrates greater sportsmanship and dedication. He is especially eager to attend training sessions and consistently participates with enthusiasm.

Ko Hasel
Sports LinkVenture 2024-2025
The first time I ran this route compared to the third time—on Challenge Day—I was 45 minutes faster! I’ve completely fallen in love with running, especially trail running, because I can feel my inner strength growing.
To stay fit, I used to run on the jogging track, but I’d get tired so easily. However, after training with Sports LinkVenture, I barely feel fatigued anymore. Now, running feels like a piece of cake!
